The Hawk Laser guided missile is 70% percent accurate, said missile  misses target 4 times in a row. What are the chances/probability/percentage of this happening?

Assuming that each missile firing is independent, it's 0.3 to the 4th power.  or 0.3 X 0.3 X 0.3 X 0.3 = 0.0081

Answer 2

If the missile is 70% accurate then the probability that it misses its target is 30%.

 

P(4 misses) = (.3)⁴ = 0.0081
