About Ivan

I am currently a Professor at both a public university and a private college in graduate (MBA-level) business and statistics disciplines. Among the courses I teach are: Information Systems; Operations & Supply Chain Management; International Business; Strategy and Innovation, Quantitative Methods; Business Statistics, Operations Research, and Leadership. I also teach two undergraduate capstone writing courses on organizations & leadership and on collaboration.

With two graduate degrees from Cornell University, I have many years of experience in successfully addressing real world problems, as both an international management consultant and as a high technology business executive.

I truly enjoy one-on-one tutoring, particularly simplifying complexities, theories or problems and offering analogous examples so that students truly understand the "why" and "what" of the underlying logic and problem approach, rather than only the how. As a result, dealing with the subject issues and real world problems becomes much more intuitive and second nature.
