There are 5 rows of 4 boxes: total number of boxes=5*4=20
Every box has 2 labels: total number of lablels: 20*4=80
Each new row stacked on top of other box, every top label is covered except for boxes in the top first row: number of top labels covered due to stacking=(5-1)*4=16
number of labels showing=80-16=64
The answer is 64

Thank you for point it out, Mario! I made a mistake. Yes, it should be 20*2 = 40 total labels, then 40 - 16 = 24.
