I currently have a 66.1% in my class. My final is worth 10% of my grade, lets say at the lowest I get a 50-60%, what will my final grade be?

If for the other 90% you've got a 66.1%, and on the final you get a 50%, that will put you at 64.4% total. With 60% on the final you'll get 65.5% total.
