Kristin,  I realize that math word problems often push the limits of the "real world," but this one is a classic.  And, dutifully, tutors go right ahead and say that Jen is 13 3/5 and Jack is 25 1/5 without blinking an eye.  Frankly, I've never heard anyone describe their ages in fifths-of-a-year(73 days) -- a year and some months, maybe.
And, it is equally unusual to say that 66 is 66 exactly (no fifths).

Yet, David ignores that people who live that long may repeatedly reach 3/5 of a year in age!

PS: Jack and Jen share the same birth day, not year of birth!
