This one is straight forward: take out the GCF (Greatest common factor) from all terms, first.  This is the #1 step for all factoring!!!

 

x⁶y⁶ - x⁵y⁴ + x⁴y³ + x³y³

 

The highest power you can take out from all terms is x³y³.

 

x³y³ (x³y³ - x²y + x +1)    The polynomial inside parenthesis is not factorable.  So, that is final answer.
