This one is straight forward: take out the GCF (Greatest common factor) from all terms, first. This is the #1 step for all factoring!!!
x6y6 - x5y4 + x4y3 + x3y3
The highest power you can take out from all terms is x3y3.
x3y3 (x3y3 - x2y + x +1) The polynomial inside parenthesis is not factorable. So, that is final answer.
