Probability of two red tokens =  9 /15 *  11/17 ( we are replacing the red along with two more red)  Also these two draws are independent since we have replacement

 

Probability of two red tokens = 99/255 = .39

 

Probability of two green tokens =  6/15 *  8/17  =  48/255 = .19 (we are replacing the green along with two more green and these events are again independent
