I think your question might have an error. I guess the compound is similar to the Co-Ordination complex Pentaamminechlorocobalt(III) chloride, where Cobalt is replaced with Nickel.
So the compound is PentaamminechloroNickel(II) chloride.
The structure is [Ni (NH3)5 Cl] (Cl2)
