I aim for the highest level of success for all my students!
Given:
1 basket = 4 soaps + 2 lotions
127 total soaps
85 total bottles of lotion
First divide the total amount of soap by however many is needed to make single basket.
127/4 = 31.75 ≈ 31 sets
Then divide the total amount of lotion by however many is needed to make single basket
85/2 = 42.5 ≈ 42 sets
You will need to pick the whichever number is lower/ This will ensure that you have all the supplies you need to make a complete basket.
Therefore, you can make 31 complete baskets.
