I assume you mean m = 100 g
ΔT = (60 - 0) Celsius degrees (same change in temperature in the Kelvin scale)
c = specific heat of water = 4.186 J / (g degrees C)
Q = m c ΔT = (100 g) [4.186 J / (g degrees C)] (60 Celsius degrees) = 25116 J
