The preposition till, like until, is used to indicate a point at which a proposition ceases to be true. So if I say "I work till Monday," the proposition I work will be true for all days leading up to Monday, but when Monday arrives it will no longer be the case that I work.
Thus if your boss told you on Wednesday not to come to work "till Monday," he means he wants you to take the rest of Wednesday as well as all of Thursday and Friday off--and Saturday and Sunday too if you normally work one or both of those days--but you must report to work on Monday.
