They are asking you to use the elemental symbols from the periodic table to come up with the chemical formula for each compound. This requires a knowledge of polyatomic ions and the electrical charge of each species, I've listed the answers below:
sodium phosphate: Na3PO4
zinc nitrate: Zn(NO3)2
barium bromate: Ba(BrO3)2
iron (II) perchlorate: Fe(ClO4)2
cobalt (II) hydrogen carbonate: Co(HCO3)2
chromium (III) acetate: Cr(C2H3O2)3
potassium dichromate: K2Cr2O7
I also want to point out that the Roman numeral in front of certain metallic species means that the element is a transition metal (i.e. it has multiple possible charges). Hope this helps!
