I am not sure if I understand your question(s) correctly.
As far as prime numbers are concerned the possibilities are 23, 37,53 and 73 so there are 4, two digit prime numbers where both digits are prime. Prime Numbers like 11, 13 are eliminated since 1 is not prime and so are prime numbers like 43,47 since 4 is not prime and so on.
The first 6 multiples of 6 are 6,12,18,24,30,36. When they are "added" we get 126. The digits are 1,2,6. Their sum is 1+2+6 =9.
