i tried finding the answer by dividing the first to problems in half but i lost my way after that

In Chicago, the tax on a property assessed at $520,000 is $7,280. If tax rates are proportional in this city, how much would the tax be on a property assessed at $280,000?

I agree with this way of computing the answer, but I got an answer of $3920 instead of over $4000.
 
When I multiplied 7280 by 280000 I got 2,038,400,000 instead of 2,122,400,000.
