The amount you spend can't be more than you have. The amount you have is $48. Each album is $5. If you download A albums you would spend 5A on albums. Each movie cost $8. If you download M movies you would spend 8M. 48≥5A+8M.
The graph would have A on one axis and M on the other and would be a straight line. The A intercept is where it crosses the A axis and where all the money is spent on albums (48/5). The M intercept is where all the money is spent on movies and is at 48/8 = 6. The area that should be shaded is between the line (including the line) and the origin.
