Say the answer in the back of the book is -(x+3)(x-10) is (x+3)(10-x) also correct?

1.Say the answer in the back of the book is -(x+3)(x-10) is (x+3)(10-x) also correct?
 
2. A rock fall from a tower that is 464 feet height. as it is falling, its height is given by d formula h=464-16t^2. how many sec will it take for the rock to hit d ground (h=0)

Note on Q1:  The two expressions listed are precisely the same value and may be written either way as needed.  However, it is often the case that a common convention (not a firm rule) determines how an expression is written.  In this case, exponents get lower going to the right (notice the original expression).
