First, notice that 6x(3x2) = 18x3. Also, 6x(3x2) = 2×3×x×3×x×x = 2×3×3×x×x×x. This will help you simplify your answer.
Taking the square root, you get √(18x3).
(In fractional exponents, by the way, this is actually equal to (18x3)1/2, or 181/2x3/2. That's not the same as (18x)3/2.)
We can simplify that by taking one of any pair of factors out of the radical:
√(2×3×3×x×x×x) = 3x√(2x)
