The perimeter of the right triangle or any triangle at the matter is the sum of its sides.
Perimeter = (9x + y - 2) + (2x2 + 5x - y) + (3y + x2)
Combine like terms.
Perimeter = 3x2 + 14x + 3y
Perimeter = x(3x + 14) + 3y
