Let the two numbers be 6k and 11k where k is some constant.  Their ratio is 6k/11k=6/11 as desired.

 

(6k*1.5)/(11k+200)=3/5

5*(6k*1.5)=3*(11k+200)

12k=600

k=50

 

So the numbers are 300 and 550

 

Check:300*1.5=450.  450/3=150    550+200=750  750/3=150.  OK
