This is easier than you think and a very good example. (Gildrette has some grammar and spelling errors above, i.e., multiple should be "multiply" and procentage should be "percentage")

We know that 4 cups * 9 grams of protein = 36 grams of protein

36 grams of protein consumed/70 grams wanted per day * 100%

Therefore, 36/70 * 100 = 51.4%

Hi Andre:

4 cups of milk is equivalent to 9 grams of protein.

You multiple: 4 cups of milk * 9 grams of protein = 36 grams of protein

The porcentage of protein obtained from the milk is: 36/70 * 100= 51.4%

Comments

Grammar may be confusing - multiple should by multiply

Porcentage should be percentage

However, 4 cups of milk = 9 grams of protein.  You multiply 4 cups *9 grams of protein = 36 grams of protein. Amount  of protein from the milk is

36/70 *100 = 51.4%

Gracias, Suzi.  Ciertamente, cometí dos errores gramaticales, que debí corregir previamente. Le agradezco haya llamado la atención en ese detalle.  De esa manera en el futuro estaré mas al pendiente para evitar ocurra nuevamente.  No obstante, y lo mas importante es que la solución del ejercicio está correcta.  Sorry, my native language is Spanish.

Que lastima, Gildrette!  No sabe.............lo siento muchisimo.......Suzi
