I don't get what's the relation between the tittle and the reactions in the sense that you are not asking for the outcome of the reactions but still I think that's what you are looking for right? If that's the case then you would have a mixture of products depending on the amount of HCl and NaOH that you would add. If there is enough of them to carry out the full reaction, then the outcome would be:
1) 2HCl + Na2HPO4 -----> 2NaCl + H3PO4
2) 2NaOH + NaH2PO4 -----> 2H2O + Na3PO4
Let me know if you can give me more information if the answer is not enough
