I hold an MBA, which included coursework in business law, ethics, and compliance, and I’ve applied that knowledge in real-world settings while managing HR and business operations. In those roles, I regularly worked with employment law, contracts, workplace policies, and regulatory compliance — so I understand not just the theory, but how the law plays out in practice.

On top of that, I’ve developed training materials, led workshops, and coached individuals on topics like workplace rights, contract interpretation, and professional ethics. I focus on making legal concepts clear, relatable, and easy to apply — so students can connect what they’re learning to real situations.
