coupon code and how to redeem it

Question

how do we get the coupon code? redeem coupon, we never get any credits for first time user. it always said when apply that coupon is not available and there has been an error. thank you

1. There’s a ”Redeem a coupon” page under My Account in your Wyzant profile. 
2. You can also apply a coupon code when adding a payment method. There should be an “Apply coupon code” field in your Payment Information page. 
3. Coupons only become active once you have payment info on file. 
4. After applying, you can check under Transactions in “My Account” to see if the coupon credit appears.
