Hello, I know this question was already answered but I am going to disagree with the previous answer. Since the number of breaths is a count, it will not have uncertainty since counts of something are exact. You would have to come up with a consistent way to determine what is considered a "breath" though. If a breath is cutoff halfway at the end of a minute, do you count it?
Also, your IV is not ideal. It is hard to reproduce since there are so many uncontrollable variables between different people singing. Also, are you using only 1 person for this experiment? If so, this also presents a problem since a sample size of 1 person is not very good.
