Hi Erin,
This question is very similar to the other question that I “answered “. Think about energy in this situation. The total mechanical energy (ie ME = KE + PE ) is conserved. The trick will be to find the initial potential and final potential of the system. If you can determine the work done to assemble the initial and final configuration you will then have the potential energies that you need. Note that the work done to bring in a charge is W= q (delta V). I hope this helps. If not reply to this and I can give you further guidance.
