physics towbar question

Question

A skier is pulled up a slope at a constant velocity by a tow bar. The slope is inclined at 23.9∘∘ with respect to the horizontal. The force applied to the skier by the tow bar is parallel to the slope. The skier's mass is 59.3 kg, and the coefficient of kinetic friction between the skis and the snow is 0.110. Calculate the magnitude of the force that the tow bar exerts on the skier.

I'm going to assume that you know the components of the weight along the surface (mgsinθ) and perpendicular to the surface (mgcosθ)

v = const implies F's along surface add up to 0 net force or we can say the down-the-incline forces balance the up-the-incline forces

Down-the-incline: mgsinθ

frictional force = F_Νμ = mgμcosθ (kinetic friction opposes motion. Friction act up the incline if the velocity was down the incline)

Up-the-incline: F_TB

magnitude of F_TB = sum of friction force and component of weight down the incline.
