Draw a picture. Let x be the length directly across from the window on the tower to the top of the tower.
Let y be the length directly across from the window on the tower to the bottom of the tower.
tan(41°) = x/400
tan(24°) = y/400
Total height of the tower = x+y = 400tan(41°) + 400tan(24°) = 400(tan(41°)+tan(24°)) feet

= about 525.806 feet = tower height = 400(tan24 +tan 41)02/14/26
