What are the three primary colors?

Many people would say red, blue, and yellow. But did you know that those are only how we see them? In reality, the true primary colors are red, blue, and green! Our eyes need yellow pigment in order to properly create the other colors (when mixing paint, for example). However, in the visual light spectrum, most other colors are made by mixing red, blue, and green! This is why you will often see the letters "RGB" when setting up the visual elements on electronic devices (RGB stands for red, green, blue)!
