Conservation of Energy question PLEASE HELP ASAP

A block of mass 2-kg is sliding on a frictionless surface with speed 7 m/s. It reaches an incline surface, on which there is a spring with spring constant of 100 N/m. The block moves up a distance of 2 m before reaching the spring (see the figure). If the coefficient of kinetic friction between the block and the inclined surface is 0.5, a) (5 marks) What is the speed of the block the moment it reaches the spring? b) (5 marks) What is the maximum compression of the spring? Show your detailed work. Take g = 10 m/s
