The formula is
| = | exponential growth function | |
| = | initial amount | |
| = | growth rate | |
| = | number of time intervals |
When you plug in the given values;
Part a) 26(1+0.15)^24=744. (15%. = 0.15)
Part b) 26(1+0.04)^24=67. (4% = 0.04)
