Power (electrical engineering) question regarding power absorbed vs delivered

Q: A load consisting of a 480 Ohm resistor in parallel with a (5/9) microFarad capacitor is connected across the terminals of a sinusoisal voltage Vg, where Vg = 240 * cos (5000t) Volts.

a) What is the peak value of the instantaneous power being DELIVERED by the source?

b) What is the peak value of the instantanenous power being ABSORBED by the source?

Is it true that my answers are + 160 Watts is being delivered and - 40 Watts being absorbed?

How do I know when to use Pmin and Pmax equations?
