The electrical attraction is given by the relationship:
FE = kE (q1⋅q2)/(r1→r2)2
FG = G (m1⋅m2)/(r1→r2)2
You will find that the electrical attraction is much greater than the gravitational attraction.
This begs the question: Why is the gravitational force at our scale more noticeable than the electrical force?
