The work can be found by the change in Kinetic Energy = 1/2 m (Δv)2
Two issues with this question.
Power can be found by finding the change in energy/time.
The time of impact is not given, only the time that Sara is running, which is not the time of impact.
That makes a difference for calculating power.
Significant figures. Just saying to round to the tenths may work for an online answer bank, but there are only 2 significant figures given in the data for two values, so the answer is not valid beyond two significant figures.
A third digit can be included as an indication of uncertainty, but it is not valid.
