Change in momentum and moment of inertia physics problem-answers given-need help understanding!

  1. A force of 50.5 N is applied tangentially to a wheel of radius 0.270 m and causes an angular acceleration of 2.20 rad/s^2. What is the moment of inertia of the wheel? (answer: 6.20 kgxm^2)
  2. A 350 N force is applied to a 0.22 kg ball for 1.7 msec. What is the change in momentum of the ball (1 msec=0.001 s). (answer: 0.60 kg m/s)
