P(x) = (1/7)(2x4 + 3x3 - 16x - 24)2 = (1/7)[x3(2x + 3) - 8(2x + 3)]2
= (1/7)(2x + 3)2(x3- 8)2 = (1/7)(2x + 3)2(x - 2)2(x2 + 2x + 4)2
-3/2 and 2 are both roots with multiplicity 2
x2 + 2x + 4 has two complex roots (that are conjugates and have multiplicity 2). These roots can be found by using the quadratic formula.
