Can't get hold of a tutor

Hello. I have tried to send a message to a new tutor but even though it says it has been sent, there is no recored in my messages section and when I go back to search again the text just comes up again in the message area of the profile, as if it has not been sent. Can you please assist. I am trying to send a message to Fredi C, a French Tutor in Annandale. I had taken a screen shot of his profile but I am unable to make an attachment.
