If I were to imagine making an entire experiment about Newton's three laws that was performed on a train traveling at a constant speed, would my recorded data change and why or why not?

The data would not change, because speed is relative.

That means, there can be no experiment that can determine whether you are moving or not, or at what speed.

This is in contrast to acceleration, which can be determined without any reference point.
