PRECAL MATH HW chapter 6

Find a polynomial with rational coefficients of minimal degree passing through (−2,7) and having zeros

1, 1/2, 1/2, 1 , − squareroot of 2i, 2 + squareroot 3𝑖.

If it has zeros at 1, 1/2, that means it passes through the points (1,0) and (1/2, 0) why are those two numbers stated again? is there something missing?

What is not given is the complex conjugates to the last 2 complex values, which should be assumed.
