The answer is not 5.74 ohms.
Be careful here, the magnetic flux is ONLY through ONE loop of the wire!

Thank you! The answer you gave at the end is correct for 1 turn, but the problem answer was actually asking for 15 turns even though it was worded tricky and made you think its just for 1. Your step by step cleared it up completely though! thank you again!07/16/23
