Hello,
The session was difficult to get through because the connection was bad. This hasn’t ever happens before for me on Wyzant. It showed as red the entire session.

Creativity and software development skills combined.
Bonjour,
It is difficult to say what the connection issue was without further context. However, the following steps are all possible to take to help with the user's connection for future reference:
- Open the task manager with CTRL+ALT+DEL and check the percentage of network used to determine if too much bandwidth is being used on your end.
- Try another device or site to ensure that your connection is stable in general.
- Scan for viruses with anti-virus software of choice.
- Flush DNS cache https://www.pcmag.com/how-to/how-to-flush-your-dns-cache
- See if the connection improves via an ethernet connection.
- Restart the modem/router/PC.
- Set up Cloudflare DNS https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/setup/windows/
There are other potential steps, but these are among the simplest.
Take care,
Eli
