What is the precessional angular speed 𝜔p of the top?

A top composed of a thin uniform cylinder and a broad uniform disk. The 13.3 g cylinder has a total length of 5.70 cm. The 42.0 g disk has a radius of 1.95 cm, and its CM is located a distance of 1.75 cm from the tip at the bottom of the thin cylinder. It has an angular speed of 116 rad/s. It begins to precess about a vertical axis through the point where the top contacts the pedestal. As the top precesses, it makes an angle 𝜙=18.0 with the vertical axis.
