When I plot your answer, the zeros are not correct.
With the zeros given, 3 factors would be (x+4)(x-1)(x-3) But this is only degree 3, yours has to be degree 4. So you need to repeat ONE of these factors to make it degree 4.
Example: (x+4)(x-1)(x-3)2 Multiply it out to get the answer.
