1) A_x = Acos70 = 3.6 x cos70 = 1.23m, A_y = Asin70 = 3.6 x sin70 = 3.38 m

B_x = -Bcos30 = -2.4 x cos30 = -2.08m, B_y = -Bsin30 = 2.4 x sin30 = -1.20 m

2) A + B = (A_x + B_x) + (A_y + B_y) = (1.23 - 2.08)i + (3.38-1.20)j = -0.85i + 2.18j

3) A - B = A + (-B) = (A_x + B_x) + (-A_y + -B_y) = (1.23 + 2.08)i + (3.38+1.20)j = 3.31i + 4.58j
