How to access to my Dasboard as a Tutor?

I registered for tutoring but I can't access my tutoring Dashboard. Thank you and help me to solve this problem, I finish to set up my profile with my picture, but now I don't see anything. I try to recoiver my account by clicking FORGET PASSPORT but I didn't receive any email to ressetle my PASSWORD

I passed the tests for Tutoring French, Algebra 1 Elementary Math

I haven't been able to access Dashboard, messages or my profile for months.

same with the password

support doesn't help either
