First Lesson Free

Hello, I understand that the first lesson is free. My first session with Chirine was ok, but not the right fit. I will be continuing with Lydie. I was charged for my first lesson with all three instructors. Can you please advise.

You should contact Wyzant support about this, but make sure you know who told you it was free. Only if Christine told you her first lesson would be free, would you get a first free lesson. Wyzant does not provide free tutoring unless the instructor sets that as his or her rate. If Christine did, in fact, tell you in writing somewhere that her first lesson with you would be free, would you be intitled to a free first lesson.
