A chemist needs to create a 30% HCl solution. (HCl is hydrochloric acid. A "30% HCl solution" contains 30% HCl and the other 70% is water.)


How much of a 90% HCl solution must be mixed with 45 ml of a 20% HCl solution in order to result in a 30% HCl solution?
