The electric charge of some dust particle is q = 4.5 nC. What is the net electric flux from this particle?

𝜑E = q enc / Eo= (4.5e-06C)/(8.85e-12 Nm^2/C^2)= 5.084e5 Nm^2/C which is incorrect. I am not sure if I've used the wrong formula?
