A tutor is not responding, their average time to respond is 20 minutes, its been over 24 hours and she hasn't respond yet. Her name is Alison L.

Perhaps the tutor is away on holiday or stuck in an airport due to the travel difficulties occurring due to the "bomb cyclone" weather system that swept across the country. Tutors have an availability indicator that they can turn on and off should we temporarily be unable to tutor. However, if the tutor expected a trip to take a few hours, they may not have remembered to disable this toggle option. When availability is disabled, we don't show up on searches. I do this if I am unable to tutor or booked for several consecutive days. Try reaching out to her again and if you do not hear back, contact another tutor. Best of luck!
