Looking for help with Microsoft Word to assist in formatting for manuscript submissions.

I have written a book (80,000 words - Microsoft word - Mac) and submission requirements vary from literary agents to publishers. I am looking for help with saving documents to different formats as well as basic word strategies.

I would do it in two steps:

1. Edit your text in Word as a single document.
2. Download the Scrivener application and dumpt your text into its novel template. There is somewhat of a learning curve, but you'll like the compiling features that create ebooks, and PDF paperbacks. You can use it free for 30 days.
