Since the bird is sitting in the middle, you can find the angle that the clothesline rope makes with the horizontal using right angled triangle. Then you can find the y component of the tension force from both right and left side of the rope.
If you add these two y components, it should be equal to the weight of the bird. When you solve this equation, you will get the tension. It would have been easier to show this with picture, but I did not see the option to draw here.
